In Tutin at about 7.30 pm, while bringing him with an official vehicle, the suspect pulled out of an official pistol of police officer Zeljko Z. (1970) who was operating the vehicle, pulled an official pistol and fired a shot in his direction. Of the injuries sustained, Zeljko died. Two days later, the fugitive was arrested on an administrative line to Kosovo and Metohija.
