To make a complaint you can contact the Internal Affairs Unit at 609-877-2200 ext 1610. If no one is there to take your call, leave a message and you will be contacted during the next business day.
If your matter requires immediate attention you can call the police station at 609-877-3001 and ask to speak with the shift supervisor, or you can come in person to the Willingboro Police Station located at 1 Salem Road Willingboro New Jersey. Everyone who files a complaint will be treated with courtesy and respect.
At the completion of the investigation the investigating lieutenant will make recommendations. If the investiSuspensiongation indicates the officer has committed a violation the Federal or State laws or of the department rules/regulations or standard operating procedure, corrective action will be taken.

The individual who filed the complaint will be notified, in writing that the matter has been resolved. However, if the complaint has been sustained the complainant will not be told of the manner of discipline imposed.
How to commend a Willingboro Police Officer:
In addition to being notified of matters that involve incorrect actions by our officers we would like to hear about the “Jobs Well Done” by our officers.
If you observe actions by our officers that you believe should be commended we would like be notified or those incidents.
To notify our agency of a “Job Well Done” you may:
